GIGGLES LEARNING CENTER PARENT-CENTER ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT
This agreement is entered into betweenGiggles Learning Centerand the Parent/Guardian of the enrolled student to ensure a clear understanding of the services, responsibilities, and terms of enrollment.
- Student and Guardian Information
- Student Details:The center requires the student's name, date of birth, and gender,.
- Guardian Details:Parents must provide their names, CID numbers, and contact information.
- Authorized Pickup:Parents must designate anauthorized personfor pick-up and drop-off, including their contact information.
- Fee Structure and Enrollment Options
Parents may choose from the following enrollment and fee options (based on 2026 rates):
- Ancillary Fee(includes summer and winter track suits, evening snacks, workbooks and stationaries, annual events):A one-time fee ofNu.6,000/-.
- Yearly Enrollment:Nu. 70,000/- (February to November).
- Half-Yearly Enrollment:
◦ 1st Term (February to June): Nu. 36,250/-.
◦ 2nd Term (July to November): Nu. 36,250/-.
Winter Care program:Nu. 7,000/- (December).
- Non-Refundable Policy:All fees arenon-refundable, regardless of the child's actual attendance.
- Center Timings and Holidays
The center operates Monday through Friday, with weekends and government holidays observed as off-days.
- Timing:Drop-off anytime after8:30 amand pick-up before5:30 pm.
- Seasonal Breaks:The center observes a summer break in June-July and a winter break in December-January.
- Services and Facilities Provided
- Learning Environment:Children will participate in facilitator-led, child-chosen, and outdoor activities. Learning areas include Math, Reading & Literacy, Role-Play, Science, and Creative Arts.
- Nutritional Care:The center provideshealthy and nutritious evening snacks.
- Health and Hygiene:Potty training is not mandatoryfor enrollment. Facilitators and assistants are responsible for changing and washing children who are not yet potty trained.
- Safety:The premises are underCCTV surveillanceat all times.
- Screen-Time Policy:There is a strictno-screen-time policyat the center.
- Due to lack of SEN trained teachers, we are unable to attend to SEN students for the year.
- Parental Responsibilities and Center Policies
- Information Sharing:Parents must inform the center of anyimportant conditions or medical needsregarding their child to allow facilitators to make necessary adjustments,.
- Familiarization and Screening:Parents are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the center before enrollment. The center will also conduct ascreeningduring the child's first few days to assess suitability.
- Social Media:Parents acknowledge thatphotographs or videosof their child may be used on the center’s social media pages. However, staff are prohibited from posting student pictures to theirprivatesocial media accounts.
- Termination of Enrollment
- Either the parent/guardian or the center mayterminate enrollment at any timeif the arrangement is deemed unbefitting by either party.
